Dreaming of a Warmer, (Savannah) Georgia Winter
As the cold finally arrives in Marietta, I think back to my last Christmas in the sunny state of Georgia. I traveled down with my wife to visit one of my brother-in-laws and his family, and spent a week enjoying Savannah in shorts all the way through the holiday season. It was a wonderful change from every other year of snow, and slush, and cold.
They took me all over from Tybee Pier, to the riverfront. I went by boat, streetcar, and by foot... and of course I took my camera everywhere I went. It was a great time, with great food and family, and I hope to visit again soon.
PS: A few more photos from Georgia can be seen here in my gallery work.
